If you’re looking for a destination while riding through upstate New York’s new Paltz area, Rough Cut Brewing is an awesome place to go. Tons of outdoor/indoor seating, friendly waitstaff, great beer selection (obviously) good food and a very chill atmosphere. The place is situated right on US 44 which is a great road for riders who like to take twisties up the mountain and enjoy some beautiful views along the way. Very motorcycle friendly with the outdoor seating with ample space for your gear which also allows you to eat and drink while you peer lovingly at your bike.

Were craving a good refreshing drink and fatty food after a strenuous hike at the Minnewaska State Park. Luckily found this place only a few minutes from there! The place has both, a good indoor setup and a nice outdoor area, and is extremely pet friendly. We got us a good spot outside in the shade and enjoyed a couple of flavorful beers and juicy burgers! Would definitely stop by again next time we venture out there and recommend to everyone in the area. #craftbeer #beerandburger

Beer is great. We used to go weekly before they changed the menu. Only went Once with the new menu And probably won’t be back for food. I’ll definitely go back for beer.They seem to be catering to out of town visitors. They lost most of their comfort food on the menu.
