I was told to move my mail box to the other side of the paved road, however i am not getting my mail, my paychecks , my medicine, WTH!!!! Something needs to be done about our mail. Sometimes my neighbor brings me mail, WHY, i have my own mailbox?

I did not know it was ok too skip a day or two for mail delivery or pickup, unless of course it was 1 of many days off they have!! I tried speaking with the carrier but was told there doing the best they can and if they miss pick ups then basically to bad, I know we're dealing with government workers, but when ur bill is late cause no pickup for days ur creditors don't care!!! Just wish we could get competent workers (lol what was I thinking look who's our president)

I have mixed feelings about visiting the United States Post Service office in this town. The US part of the name should be embarrassed how the Federal Government has neglected this building. The young man that assisted me was pleasant and made up for the conditions of the building. Really, the town has three zip codes and one would think it would receive funds to update the building. It seems as if nothing has been updated since it was built way back when it was a one zip code area but this area has expanded. Also, has a terrible entrance/exit setup. The town's commission needs to request federal dollars.

The postal service is really short staffed and they are having a hard time finding workers just keep in touch with your local post office and they will keep you informed how they are doing on Staffing it's going to get worse before it gets better I hope this helps
They are short-staffed just be patient with them they're doing the best they can they are hiring it's very hard skill set to get filled just try to bear with the situation the best you can and be patient
You might want to contact the post office directly. My guess is they will never see this.

Yes, just ask for a manager, Lesley or Tracy. If they aren't there ask to speak to a supervisor! We need a maintenance person & rural carrier associates now!
Your mail carrier can help you, usually your mailbox can be put in front the carrier drives in front of your house daily. It all has to do with the carriers mail route.
They are having connection issues. It has been an ongoing problem for months.
He's right. The fact that the job sucks for the emplyees os irrelevant just don't do it. I also have noticed that mail delivery is not always daily I wait for a package it says it is out for delivery and the whole day no mail. I have a delivery confirmation now says delivers in mailbox. I was there when mail was put in box it was not delivered. We must have same postal worker . Amy that reply was sad, I worked a horrible job my whole life that left me disabled but it was my choice. The post office is not a slave camp you can quit. So quit. There is always someone else willing to do the job.
