Even during the height of the crowds the day after Christmas, I was able to be seen promptly considering. The scheduling system is confusing, and it took more than a few questions to somewhat come to understand. It would be helpful to fully explain that when calling in, you should come down and schedule an appt. I was only told I had to walk in. It cost me a couple of wasted hours. But it all worked out. Great medical provider!

Get that they were closed because of staffing. So followed the instructions displayed in the window. Went online for tele-med. Spent 30 minutes without success. Finally called the number. Oh, the the-med services are discontinued, they just hadn't updated the information posted at the facility.
