Car broke down second day of our trip, called early in the morning and they said maybe they wouldn’t charge us for the day. (Which is policy not to charge) We got there 45 mins later and we were very rudely refused and told they will still charge us despite us returning the gear and not skiing! Rent from the mountain, they will help you out in a crisis! Not this shop who apparently does not care about customer relations! Way to go lady behind the counter, we will be telling all our ski friends not to rent from you. Sure, you got an extra day from us but we will never return to you nor will any of our friends.

I had a group of college students for a school-funded trip and we got our rentals from here. The owner was extremely helpful with organizing the students' rentals for payment as this location is walk-in only and was honest about when we should arrive in order to get rentals. Great location to pick up rentals for Hunter Mountain and had great service. Also, amazing pricing for daily rentals.

This place is an actual nightmare. I waited in line outside and walked into this place at 8:50 am. It is now 10 am. I got my rentals at Killington and Deer Valley in literally 5 minutes. Like, the worst rental process on earth. Hoards of people and no line, and when people asked where the line was, the woman at the counter said, “Aruba,” and laughed. She said, “You try to get employees to work in America.” The woman at the front is so rude and is ridiculously unprofessional. And when people make genuine complaints, the two of them just laugh and say, “I teach middle schoolers, nothing can scare me.” They don’t take reservations and need to go digital. It would fix ALL of their issues. They do everything by freakin paper. Helmets picked over, no organization…oh my god I have anxiety just thinking about this place. As I said. GO ANYWHERE ELSE unless you want to start your ski day on a disaster note.

We went there during long weekend and all the staffs are very helpful. Reasonable price, Friendly and efficient services. The place is small, so it can get really packed as they get super busy. First come first serve and the staff tell us to come in 7.30am as they know that it get very busy every weekend. And it is! We got there around 7.40am and it already packed. First step is grab the board and pen on left side, fill out your info. and tell the staffs what size of your boots. It my first time ski, so they show me how to get in the ski boots and make an adjustment that work better for beginner. I totally recommend this place. Don’t forget to come early and bring back some beer when you return 😉😉
