I ordered dinner at 6:35 and just got my food at 8:15, nearly 2 hours. My food of course was cold and soggy. The problem is they said it would come by 7:20. They do a horrible job of managing expectations. I tried to reach driver many times. I spoke to delivery service and they told me to call restaurant. The restaurant didn’t pick up. I’m sitting here trying to figure out what on earth is going on and how I got duped into paying an exorbitant delivery fee for this! Tell your customers what to expect. I would never have ordered if I knew it would take two hours, seriously!

Very responsive and quick delivery! I couldn’t believe this small town had a service like the big city we traveled from. It was great to be able to hang out at the house we rented and not have to worry about picking up the food. Highly recommended

I wanted to like this service, but after ordering food on this site and waiting almost an hour, I call to get a status. They informed me it would be anther 45 minutes to an hour longer. This all for a pizza seemed a little crazy. So I called to cancel which was fine, till I called the restaurant to confirm cancelation so they would not produce the product they informed me it had be already been sent out. You think this service would have informed about that at time of cancelation instead of telling me it would be anther 45 minutes to an hour. The biggest problems was the driver, who called giving me a hardtime saying this is normal wait time and I have no idea what I am doing, that two hours for a pizza was standard. This service could be great if they get there act together, like I said I wanted to like it, it’s a great service where there is no uber eats or DoorDash.
