I'll start with the positives. The bed was very comfortable, clean, and neatly made. In terms of housekeeping the rooms were clean and neat. The pool was also nice. As for the negative's Very poorly maintained building. My room had small cracks all over the bathroom walls. The light above the shower was broken. The room looked like they painted 8 layers of paint to cover up the poor condition of the walls. The hallways look old and poorly cleaned and maintained. The breakfast options were very poor All In all not a place I would stay at it's also not worth the price. Good place if you need to crash for a night from driving and there are no other options.

Positive: Front desk staff was awesome and very helpful. Negative: It had a bad odor in hallways, elevator and staircases. Bathroom was super small. Breakfast was not as advertised. Pictures show a nice breakfast spread of eggs, bacon, etc. It was not what we expected.

I wish I could give this hotel 0 starts. The hotel is musty and damp. Our floor was actually wet and sticky. The pillows still had makeup on then along with dirt on the bed. We were never informed that the pool was closed until I asked during the check in process. After seeing the room, my husband and I didn’t even feel comfortable putting our things down. We went straight to the front desk and told them we were leaving and asked for a refund. They guy at the desk stated we would get a full refund and had me sign receipts but never gave me a copy. Two days later, they charged us for the entire three night stay. When I called I got hung up on. This is the worst hotel and customer service I have ever seen. Save yourself the time and do not stay here.

Road trip, had to move our reservation due to winter storm. They made the transition easy, and for same rate. Entry and lobby are clean, well kept. Sign in was quick. Room is spotless. Just small repair with spot of paint needed in bathroom, and it’s perfect. Amazing value.
