At one time the place was ran down. As of now the place is under great maintenance. Please do not judge a new place by old photos. If you can afford to live there live there. If you cannot afford it then we just cannot afford it. But as far as the statements that are made about this place. These are my updated photos of my work. No there is not garbage out for weeks. No none of that negative statements about what they say is true. If you can't afford the rent there is places that you should consider. But if you can afford it it is a great quiet place to be other than kids running around being kids. Nice sky viewing of bright stars. Other than that Mojave will always be Mojave.

The mobile homes are decent and affordable. The office manager Marilynn is very sweet and tries to do what she can for everyone living there. The issue is when you move out they will try to take all kinds of money from you. I gave my 30 day notice on July 2, 2021 to the office manager and I moved out August 1, 2021. I received a bill that says I owe $3,900 to the park. $875 for rent for the month of August. I owe $856 in utilities (my utilities never went over $300 when I lived there). Apparently I have to pay for windows that were broken by a little girl in the park (it was reported to the office manager when it happened). When I called management I spoke to a woman named Yvette who at first said she wasn’t going to remove me from my lease (which is month to month. They don’t offer anything else) because apparently the office manager isn’t really employed by them so my 30 day notice wasn’t valid. She said none of my reports were ever noted so I am stuck with this bill 🤷🏻‍♀️ Like I said in the beginning. Decent mobile homes. Affordable. Just know what you’re getting yourself into. Take pictures of any damages, even after they “fix” it because they will foot you with the bill in the end.
