Very close to old downtown Winchester. The hotel was completely renovated a couple of years ago. They did such a good job that we thought it was brand new. There is a better than average gym and guest laundry on the lower level.

The front desk attendant was nice and helpful but shame on Hilton for allowing people to book on the app when there are no more rooms. After booking on the app and receiving confirmation I showed up to find out that they are overbooked and there was no room for me. Very inconvenient!

Positive: The cleanliness of the room. It was spotless! Also the furnishings were more modern and the bed was incredibly firm. Love that!! The pillows were soft but I bring my own anyway. So no problem for me. All-in-all a great stay. Negative: Nothing.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. We got an excellent night’s sleep and woke up to a delicious breakfast. All the staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely appreciate our being there. Makes travel post COVID a real pleasure.
