I stayed here for 5 weeks and I couldn't ask for better customer service. Everyone here was amazing. Give everyone a raise, including the manager. As a lifetime gold member for Marriott and an avid international traveler, this stay was one of my top 2 without a doubt. Rooms are really clean and well kept. These rooms do include a kitchenette which is such an under-appreciated amenity for a hotel room. The rooms also have a standard size office desk, which fit my external 32" monitor perfectly. I am a gamer lol. Location was pretty good also. Thr hotel is conveniently located right next to a Martin's grocery store(a little pricy but a wonderful selection of organic goods), a Starbucks, an Indian restaurant(really good food), bojangles, sonic, little Ceasars and a few others. A sheet and a car wash are right down the road also.

I can not rave enough about this place! The customer service was the best I’ve *ever* experienced at any hotel. They were truly just so, so nice and helpful. I wish every hotel staff was like this! They’ve made it such a pleasant stay. I got an extra night, as I made a mistake online, and literally within 2 minutes everything was fine. They have been so sweet! Also, this was probably the cleanest shower I’ve ever been in at a hotel, to the point where I felt completely comfortable sitting down and just relaxing. Everything is so clean. And there’s also everything you’d possibly need in the room for a 5 day stay. Very nicely sized refrigerator, a quite decent sized tv you can sign into your Netflix on (it automatically signs out when you check out), a mini stove top, microwave, comfy couch, an incredibly comfortable bed and the pillows are AMAZING. If you’re staying in Winchester, stay here!

The staff went far above any expectations. The room was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a 2br suite, and loved the fact that each room had its own heat/ac controls. If we were staying longer we would have utilized the well stocked kitchen, but instead we used the full size fridge to store water and left overs. Breakfast was also very very tasty. The staff were helpful and happy. Nobody was fussing over anything at all, and they had the best of attitudes. When we left there we made a decision that we would never stay anywhere else. Even though it is a pet friendly hotel and we did see a good amount of doggies, you would never have known it. We did not hear barking, and we never smelled dog. We had some unexpected last minute situations, and stayed an extra night (thank goodness it wasn't booked.) The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping again, superb! We are truly looking forward to returning.

We stopped for one night on our way home. Very impressed with how clean and quiet this place was. Our room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast options even during COVID-19. We didn't use it but there is an outdoor grill with herbs growing in containers for patrons to grill!
