Not a good place for families! Check in was great, the staff was super friendly. In our room my two children and myself fell asleep. Later that night, my wife who is a smoker went outside around 11pm had her cigarette and to get our tablets from the vehicle. As she walked down the hallway a man came running down the hallway at her from behind. She quickly turned around right before he tried to rob her of her belongings. They were alone in the hallway, she scared him off, he then apologized and ran. She was so shooken up she spent the rest of the night checking the peep hole. The staff said sorry they couldn't even access the cameras she is still traumatized by it. Was supposed to receive a call from management but that phone call never came. After our own investigating of the hallway we came to find out strangers who were not checked into the hotel were entering/exiting the building as they pleased without a problem using the emergency stairwell. To top it all off the continental breakfast that was included had nothing as staff stated they had run out of food because no had ordered any supplies.

Lovely facility. Well maintained, clean. Excellent breakfast. Pet friendly. However, the front desk was less than efficient. I tried to pay using cash and all hell broke loose. You would have thought I offered them Japanese Yen! I think we're still a cash economy, but apparently not at Country Inn and Suites--plastic only! I am replete with plastic but prefer to pay travel expenses with cash. Not here. I was checked in to my room after offering my credit card as a hold and being told I would be contacted in about an hour to finish paying my bill in cash. Fine. Instead, at about 10pm my room was keyed into by another guest! I was fast asleep and most unhappy when two strangers walked in, realized that a mistake had been made and quickly backed out. Sloppy, inattentive front desk work. I called the front desk to complain and was asked to come down immediately to pay my bill with plastic. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I crawled out of bed, got dressed and went to the front desk where I paid my bill with plastic to avoid any additional hassles. Not impressed.

Positive: Staff was super sweet and very helpful. Room was very clean. They upgraded our room upon arrival. They gave complimentary water when we asked if they sold bottles of water. Couldn¿t have asked for a more pleasant place to stay. Thank you! Negative: N/A

Martha Frame

This is a comfortable stay especially when traveling with a pet. The pet fee is reasonable ($25) and the staff accommodated my request for a room close to a side exit near pet areas and away from guests without pets. The room was comfortable and clean and well equipped with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. They are back to serving hot breakfasts which was nice and they offered a good selection of food choices. There are also eateries in the area who deliver. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers. My only complaint is that none of the staff or guests were wearing masks or taking covid protocols.
