If you like poor service and dishonest people then you will love this company. After airing my complaints over the phone in detail to branch manager Rob Brooks he politely agreed the service they had provided was subpar and promised to credit back their fee to my card, said it would take about a week to process. Two weeks later, no credit back, so I call and speak to Mr. Brooks again and he completely denied having ever agreed to the refund.

Bait And Switch Dropped of a different model machine than what was contracted for..they fired our sales rep Stephen Rice in the middle of my transaction, sold the forklift we contracted for to someone else, when i tried to explain my situation the new sales rep was cavalier.. Would not allow me to return, as they already had our deposit.. So now we are stuck with a machine someone in there company decide we should have, not the one we choose and contracted for...
