I brought 1 vehicle from Bay Auto. Moving fast and not properly inspecting the car I brought the vehicle hooked on price and mileage. But later taking the car home removing the floor Detail mats there was a giant hole in my floor of my passenger seat they used mat to cover. Apon taking it to get full inspection. I also brought a vehicle with no heater coil. They get over on you if you know nothing about cars. They will sell you a bad car that has A/c and good mileage. They have on site mechanics that doctor the car or trucks up for sell. Once you have signed the paperwork it's your problem. I worked hard to buy a vehicle. And the one I got was a lemon. But if you know about cars and trucks then you're good. Cause they Love getting over on good people that don't know much about cars or trucks!!!

I purchased a 1998 Ford Expedition, it is in great shape and very happy with it so far. Sales Rep Britney was very helpful and let me test drive any car I wanted, they were very negotiable. I had a battery problem, called them they made arrangements for new battery and had it installed. I would recommend them for used car purchase.
