Very nice young lady set me up with a great pair of Irish Setter boots and cut insoles for me then realized that my slip feom work wasn't valid at this location. She was very cool about the situation and just said take a picture so you know what to get when you go to the other store. Went straight to the store the next day and got my boots couldnt happier.

Bought my first pair of Irish Setter boots by Red Wing in this store, the boots aluminum toe cap ended up turning my right pinky toe black, and my left arch started hurting, I've never had feet problems in my life. I'm out of $200 and 4 months in i can't wear the boots anymore. Red Wing brand is not what it used to be. And all their boots. Red Wing boots are a 50/50 chance at a regret. Hope this helps.

Brittany was awesome at helping me get a new pair of shoes. She was very patient and helpful. I would definitely go back and she her. I highly recommend the Irish Settler Work shoes (83120). I'm not a big boot person and these are great sneakers.

Had to get a replacement pair of boots for a pair of shoes that started to tear out. Brittney was a great help in finding a new pair that would work better for the type of job I do. I definitely recommend this store for anyone who needs work boots that have a great warranty and great customer service! And these pop laces are the bomb! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to traditional laces again!!
