Terrible customer service. If i could give 0 stars i would! The whole time i was there i saw 3 workers just chit chatting in their language and didn't ask if we needed help with anything. When my daughter went to pay for her stuff I ask the cashier about their return policy which she mention 7 days for returns. Of course later that night i happened to look over the receipt and it turned out to be the wrong receipt which belong to someone else. I called the next day to explain about the receipt mistake but the girl on the phone said I would not be able to return and only exchange. I told her its not my fault they gave me the wrong receipt. I feel like they almost intentionally do that to avoid returns. I suggest everyone to check their receipt and beware of this store. It seems sketchy. Most horrible experience ever!

I love this store's every day clothing and awesome accessories!! Afforadable clothing at low cost. Wonderful accessories usually buy 1 get the second 1/2 off. I would give it 3 1/2 stars but I am not able too. Affordable clothing for a quick get away. The cost of the jeans are about $20 some last for a few months and some within the week. They have regular Ts for $5-$7. However the Ts I have purchased are wash, wear and good bye. But if you need a t at home it is great or even for a 1-2 use. Just always wash, and dry for a few minutes and line dry.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. The worst customer service. Both employees said not a word until I had to chase one down to pay for my items, and the only words that were said was my total. I was one of two customers, so it’s not like they were busy. With all the bad reviews, you’d think the management would tighten up and hire people that doesn’t make it seem like customers are bothering them just by being in the store.
