I spent over 120 dollars in this store, and I brought items back I couldn’t fit because there dressing rooms are closed for idk what anymore. And COVID not an excuse because that’s over. When I brought two body suits back the funny face lil girl never stated I couldn’t bring it back If I couldn’t fit it, they decide when I bring it back to let me know this. So I’m basically stuck with a body suit I can’t even fit, lesson learned they’ll never get my money again. If that is your policy you should have it hanging up in your store that you can’t return certain items, to avoid confusion.

The worst customer service EVER!! Ariana kept our receipt, then when we tried to return an item, they didn't have it, so then the best we could do is store credit. Then they had attitude as we continued to communicate the fact that they screwed up. RIDICULOUS!!!

Refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with the original receipt and tags attached. Footwear must also be returned with the original box. Returns made within 7 days of a purchase will be refunded in the same form in which payment was originally made.
