The officer at the front desk at the police station in downtown Tampa was apathetic to the point of being dismissive, to say the least. First of all, he had a sour face and didn't even greet me when I approached the desk. It was as he didn't want to be there. When I told him I wanted to file a fraud report, he acted as if I was bothering him. When an older gentleman (a civilian) approached the desk (for something else), the officer didn't even greet him. He just said, are you with this? He called me "this." At that moment, I realized that I was not a person or a victim to him. Shame on him! Shame on this station for employing an impassive officer. I understand we all have bad days, but if he didn't want to work that day, he should have stayed home. He completely ignored me when he answered the phone, so I left. I guess their motto "to protect and to serve" is just for show.

My elderly neighbor crashed her car into my apartment building, water is spraying EVERYWHERE! She is no where to be found, and the operator who works for tampa police department REFUSED to send the police or an ambulance multiple times. I asked for both to assess the damage to the building and to make sure the elderly woman was ok. I asked directly multiple times "so you are not going to send the police or an ambulance" and she confirmed the same answer, NO, each time. This department is a shame, they don't serve anyone but their paycheck. Absolutely disgusted by the community services WE ALL pay for! Just because it's "private property", but the police were just here a couple weeks ago, tending to another resident! They only show up when they want to.

The correct answer is to collect the evidence of this stalking as best as possible, and to show that this individual is causing, or may cause significant damage to you or your reputation as well as any fear you may have for your safety or well being. Then take said evidence to a judge and request a restraining order. Should a restraining order be granted, the stalker will face jail time if they refuse to comply with the court order.

When TPD officer Sheffler was hitting on my then 14 yr old daughter, he gave her a card with a sex hotline number on it! Because I filed a complaint, the TPD falsely arrested my daughter, assaulted her, lied in court, I currently have a Zero Contact order against the TPD not to go within a 100' of me or my family! I went to internal affairs and the IA Sgt. Tried to bully my daughter, so I can back alone and see if they wanted to try and bully me! Chief Castor reassigned IA but denied us justice! Dirtbag, Lying, child abusing TPD

Check the privacy setup for her social media sites. If they are in her class or actively harassing in public make the school aware. In the handbook is a zero toletance for bullying. It can be reported and if nothing can be done by school authorities go Superintendent. Make them accountable document nqnes and dates.
