I have been a shopper at Revolve for many years. Like a frequenter. I'm not going to lie it's not the same anymore. I went in yesterday they only took 2 of my items and I'm plus sized. In the past there was a wonderful selection of plus size clothing there. There is barely any now. The whole plus size rack is gone and replaced with staff favorites. I actually don't know if l will be back. I found pieces to wear but it was harder to find. I had to try on a ton of stuff. I'm disappointed. It feels like an era ended. And it doesn't feel body positive anymore. I put 3 stars because this is the first time I've ever been disappointed there.

Horrible experience. Extremely rude employees, not helpful at all. Both the girls had a lot of attitude and were very unpleasant. They would either be sassy and dry, or not speak at all when i said something to them. For example, when i finished trying on some clothes, which already were WAY overpriced for what it was, I told one of the girls I had left them in the dressing room. To which she just blankly stared at me and walked over without saying a word. There was never a "have a nice day" and they both were just having side conversations and never asked if i needed help or anything. All in all terrible customer service, would NOT recommend this place. And as stated above it was overpriced.

I’m a fan of Revolve. I preferred this Revolve to the one in St.Pete just because it’s not as big and not as overwhelming. Both are very cool places but it’s just a personal preference. I’ve been to the one in St.Pete more though, because if it’s location in relation to where I live.

Excellent selection of clothes and accessories - they also had THE BEST rack of used books. I owned or had read and loved nearly everything on the rack so someone there has excellent taste! I wore my new-to-me sweater on my trip back to Maine.
