Went to the mall today with my daughter. We planned to visit a few different shops to celebrate her birthday. When we got to Claire's the door was closed with a sign that said, "Closed for Lunch." Another sign said "Hours- M-F open 10-6pm. This was at 4pm. We waited a bit to see if maybe we were catching the end of the lunch break. Soon two girls came walking towards the shop. They opened to door, went in and shut the door and walked into the back. With two employees's shouldn't they be staggering their breaks so that the store can remain opened. We waited more, and they never opened up. So, I had a very sad little girl, and you lost business. Not just from us, I saw two other groups that tried to come and shop, but couldn't because it was closed.

not enough help, while we were patiently waiting, we found the exact same earring on Amazon 50% cheaper delivered next day, so of course we just left... 40 minute wait and no sale, HIRE MORE PEOPLE!
