This was the smoothest, easiest process I've ever experienced buying furniture. From the first step in the door Christie was one of the most attentive sales person I've come across. She assisted us with customizing our couch without being overbearing! She gave us time and space to discuss our options and at one point was the referee between my husband and I 🤣 Thank you for the great experience!

I went to lazy boy, Matthis Brothers, Ashley’s, Bobs & living spaces looking for a new recliner. I wanted great quality and was not too concerned about the price. Jerome’s had one of the better selections all at good prices. At the end of the day I picked the most comfortable recliner I could find in the color that I needed. Shawna was my salesperson, I already had a good idea which one was going to buy because I had been there four times. She was the reason I bought it today. She was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things I didn’t know about the piece which made me completely comfortable with my selection. Through this shopping endeavor in many stores she was by far the best person I had worked with. Thank you Jerome’s. The other recliner that I bought from you several years ago is still completely comfortable and works like a champ. I should have know better than to look at so many other stores.

Our favorite furniture store… they have all levels of price points with accuracy in sales presentations on quality and performance. You know what your getting and the value behind the product at any cost. That’s what we all want…. Isn’t it? We all have had “buyers remorse.” We don’t have that feeling when we buy from Jerome’s… what a relief! Sales people who push to influence a buyers decision are only interested in their needs… but real sales is about a relationship driven by integrity… it’s supposed to be about the buyers needs… and that’s what we feel Jerome’s is all about! And that’s why we will always go there (even though we do shop around) and if Jerome’s is close… they get the sale! Because the service and transparency they provide should be given that opportunity…. Ask for Raquel… we believe you won’t be disappointed. BTW - for the quality you buy (again, at any level) the prices are great and you get what your paying for… happy shopping!

Freddy helped us with our purchase. He made it a smooth transition since the beginning. I called ahead to let him know what I wanted and he had it all ready to go in the system the day I went in to the store. He took the time to explain the material of the dinner table we bought and he demonstrated how to use and put away the mid-leave. He was professional and nice. (which is hard to find nowadays) All in all excellent customer service! I’ll be recommend him to friends and family and I’ll call him directly for any future purchases.
