Yes! you want to make sure you have the proper representation when selling your home to avoid getting into any lawsuits for violating contracts/ lack of disclosure to the buyers and make sure you meet all of the time frames agreed on the purchase contract. Imagine you are in court and try to represent yourself on a legal matter...definitely won't recommend you go that route as it can turn out to be more costly than hiring a professional to represent you.
