We were extremely happy with the service and experience at Mercedes Benz downtown Los Angeles but most importantly the sales person! Person who helped us through the whole car searching journey was Art ! He is awesome and would recommend his service 100% he was very helpful and calm which was very comforting for my husband and I. Impressed overall by this location! Christopher helped us locate the correct configuration GLC 300. When we got to the dealer to pickup the vehicle he was able to get us in and out in under 60 minutes! Car was already washed and finance papers were prepared in advance making this transaction a breeze.

The car purchasing process was made really easy and i got exactly what I wanted. Shoutout to Bryan Romero! Also the service department is amazing. I dropped my car off yesterday for a tire leak and they replaced my rear tires within a few hours (mind you I didn't even have an appointment). New or used not all mercedes cone with navigation. You can buy it as an add on. They didn't sell you the car with missing parts... the SD card for the navigation is an option, the car you bought most likely didn't come with navigation. If you want to add it you can.

@ DTLA Motors, Mercedes Benz. Weather with an appointment or not. They will diagnosis your car for a fee. But, it you have some or all the repairs done. That fee goes towards the repairs. But, you will need to get your vehicle to DTLA motors of the make of your automobile.
Take it in, there isn't a setting that would turn that off.
