A very utilitarian showroom building for the HP Market. A nice little courtyard outside with the “220 Elm” art installation that is easily recognized from the street. Convenient location to other major Market buildings like Market Square and Furniture Plaza.

Yes, dock appointments are required for all inbound and outbound shipments.
The docks are located on the rear side of the building on Jacob's Place. If you are on the front side of the building facing north on South Elm Street, proceed straight to the intersection of South Elm Street and Commerce Avenue. Turn left onto Commerce Avenue, which will wrap around the C&D Building and flow into Jacob's Place. Our docks will be at the end of Jacob's Place on the left and outlined in bright yellow.
