I went in for help filing for unemployment. The man that “helped” me continually cut me off mid sentence multiple times. When I was on the computer logging in he tried to tell me my email was wrong. When I tried to tell him I already had an account he told me I was wrong and had me go through the process of signing up for an account SURPRISE “this email already has an account” so I again went back to log in and while the computer was loading I asked him a question and he cut me off to explain something that I was asking about and when I said “yes I understand that I was asking about this” he again cut me off and went on talking about whatever he THOUGHT I was asking about. I ended up leaving and doing it on my phone in the parking lot. Hoping I did it right. (The security and front desk ladies were great!)

Yes it is ,due to covid hours may differ ,but it is a amazing place to build a resume ,practice mock interviews, find out what skills you needs for a job and much more I highly recommend it
