This dealer sells cars with parts missing!!! Trying to figure out why the navigation didn't work and come to find our from another mechanic they sold the car to us without the part needed to work!!! Then they tried to charge us $1,000!!!!!

New or used not all mercedes cone with navigation. You can buy it as an add on. They didn't sell you the car with missing parts... the SD card for the navigation is an option, the car you bought most likely didn't come with navigation. If you want to add it you can.

If it was a used car you buy the car as is with no warranty in this case the dealer has to make sure everything works before they sell the car.
