Went in yesterday, the gal up front was very nice and let me know it would be about 30 minutes to be seen, which was ok it was sort of busy. I ended up waiting about 7 minutes. Julie helped me and she was so kind and helpful. She was able to help me with what I needed and within 10 minutes we where done. Thank you again Julie for your help.

I have been a member for several years. Recently moved out this way and had the worst experience with this location. I wanted some information about % rates on balance transfers. Blahh blahh.. all I got out of this was a lecture about my spending habits and all the ways he does things right. I left crying. He didn't have any care that we had 2 unexpected death of parents in 2 years, causing most of our experiences. He was unbelievably rude! I guess I'll continue to drive to west covina to get kindness and respect.
