Went in to get my watch battery changed and a link added. They welcomed me warmly and luckily were free to help me right away. Constantin was very funny and personable and he expertly took care of my ornery watch link. He let me use a credit card even though I didn't quite make the minimum posted and I was out of there in 5 minutes! Definitely will be using Rita's for my jewelry needs and very happy they are in the neighborhood. They also have beautiful pearls that I was glad to be tempted by while I waited.

Rita and Constantine are simply the best around! My husband had my engagement ring custom designed with matching wedding band plus at our one year anniversary he had Rita and Constantine design a second band to complete the set (3 years ago). The workmanship and quality is evident while keeping the costs reasonable. They know their stuff and are excellent at customer service. If you're hunting for somewhere to purchase jewelry, give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.

I chose Rita's because they had so many outstanding reviews and I needed to have a few links taken out of a watch and to replace the battery. The total cost was $14 and the service was still superb. Whether you are spending a small or large sum the owner and his wife are fantastic at making you feel welcome and will gladly answer any question you may have. I also liked that they had a selection of Judaica pendants, I highly recommend this vendor.
