Went to see these guys when my subwoofer stopped working after changing a dead battery in my 2015 Civic sedan. They took it in and gave it a quick look to see that the previous shop that had installed the system did a subpar job connecting the ground wire on the amp and that it wasn't really connected to anything at all. They even pointed out to me that the system had not been properly fused at the battery. In about an hour, everything was ready to go again. I really appreciated the help and thorough work from these guys. Bonus points for even putting the sunshade in when parking the car back in the lot! Definitely recommend.

Viper will only honor warranties for alarms installed by authorized dealers. TIP: Be sure to ask how long it would take for your car to be ready. At times, there may be several customers ahead of you so you might consider having someone pick you up and drop you off instead of waiting.
