This place is ridiculous. Don’t bother having your doctor here I’ve been calling for 2 days and says call back within an hour like how else am I suppose to make a quick appointment when I have work during the week . this is ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy’s to go here. This place is highly unprofessional and needs to be shut down or reevaluated.

I’ve absolutely loved my past doctor’s and their treatment towards me, I just have a distaste for the long waiting times. Often I’m in the waiting room for over half an hour and waiting in a patient room for over half an hour as well. I was furious at an interaction not too long ago where I had a prescription that needed to be refilled and my pharmacy called them constantly but got no answer for a whole week and a half until I called them myself and told them that my pharmacy needs a way to verify prescription refills. They only take fax and did not take digital requests was the reason for the chaos.

I have been coming here since they opened. They use use to be further down on Holt. I dont know how anyone one has bad comments, as for me they all are amazing, friendly, professional, compassionate, they great me by name . Always quick and willing to assist. I highly recommend and love this place. I'm not getting paid to say this...I am grateful to have run into a caring clinic. And Dr's awesome too.

Ugh I was supposed to be evaluated for a psychiatrist and they called the police. Psychiatrist a therapist are not supposed to call the police unless someone is being harmed or the patient plans on harming themselves in no way was I a threat and they still call the police on me and it was very embarrassing for just an evaluation AND I WAS BEING HONEST. If someone is usually being honest up front(and wasn't a threat) doesn't mean you're allowed to call the police in any way. They do not have very well trained doctors obviously and they make you wait five hours just To get seen. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AT CONFIDENTIALITY IN ANY WAY
