Here some free advice, please find a lending institution that cares about the customer and not just their wallet. There are many choices out there, so please find a good one because these people do not care.

I walked in to open a youth account for my niece and was very satisfied with the service. Shout out to Carol Carmona who assisted me today with great guidance making my experience an excellent one! The lobby is clean and organized. The tellers are very friendly and efficient. No hidden fees whatsoever. I have banked with BofA for the past 25 years but I'm excited I joined SCE FCU.

5 STARS all the way...! Being in banking myself I am well aware of what a customer experience should be and how to cater to a client needs. Michelle was able to answer all my questions, address any concerns and really looked at the larger picture. I can honestly say Michelle was the sole reason why am consolidating banks. I believe in Service before Sales approach & Michelle was able to deliver and far exceed my expectations. Glad to know this company employs people and not sales persons.
