Printer papers are so heavy could not get even 5 pages in envelope. I had to use tapes to close the envelope. Besides that the cost of mail increases somewhat specially if you have to mail a lot. I mentioned that to the clerk and she said that is the paper we provide with attitude.

I went to exchange the item that I lost the receipt for. the personell gave me no issues about it just said hey if you have your credit card that you purchased it with just put it in the machine we will look it up and give you the exchange no problem. I did that ,within minutes I was out of there. thank you very much Staples

Everyone was very helpful. As always! I am disappointed that I could not purchase more than 5 sale items at the reduced price. In the past, I have been able to purchase 30 items at the reduced price because I am a teacher. This year, I was told that I have to come back tomorrow to get 5 more items. So that means that I have to go back 5 days in order to get enough items for my students.
