This is a wonderful practice! Everyone is very nice and carrying. I have always had a pleasant experience there. All the providers are extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. I had ear and hearing problems and I am doing great now. I have seen PA O’Marra and she took a great care of me. LOVE her! My husband is a patient there too and is very happy with her care. She cares about her patients, takes time to explain everything and answer all the questions. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to everyone!

Assembly-line style practice where profits are maximized over patient care. Even the office itself is messy; boxes are stored in patient/exam rooms (have they ever heard of a storage closet??). Forget about rescheduling an appointment or paying a bill using their phone number. It is rare to get a real person on the first try. The phones default to a messaging system. There is just too much disorganization to deal with. The staff seems overwhelmed and bewildered. After a year of coming here, I finally got fed up and left for a Hopkins doctor. I should have done it earlier.

I had to wait 30 minutes in the patient room with a 3 year old for someone to finally come in and see us. My 3 year old was screaming and very obviously upset because of trying to wait so long. No one came in until I had to ask the front desk lady to get someone. The MAs were all standing around talking- not sure where the doctor was but it still took 5 more minutes for the doctor to come in. Completely miserable experience. Do not recommend going unless you want to wait way after your appointment time.

As a response to Ms. O'Mara to my detailed report/review.... she called me nearly in tears, begging me to retract my review. She said she would write whatever I wanted her to write and submit the new report to my disability company. She kept whining that she did her best for me and she wanted to make it right if I would please take down the review about how awful my visits with her were. I hung up on her after telling her to leave me alone. She called back and begged me to please listen to her explanation I told her to stop contacting me that her lies were upsetting and I never wanted to hear from her again. I hung up for a 2nd time and she called and left me a voice mail asking me to please work with her that she would "fix" my insurance report. I still have the voice mail. Then she texted me saying she was there any time to discuss and provided her personal phone. About an hour later, the doctor from this practice that I normally see, sent me an email (it was a reply to an email I sent her 2+ weeks prior). She also wanted to chat and see what the office could do to rectify my concerns (in other words, remove my report). On another note - please make sure you check your EOB from your insurance company about your visit. Each Doctor charges different amounts and gets reimbursed different amounts based on their contract with the insurance company. So a PA-C should bill the least amount.... well, this office billed my 2 visits with PA-C O'Marra under 2 different doctors - neither of which I saw those visits and she did NOT consult with them during my visit. So I have reported it under fraud with my insurance company. They should NOT get paid Doctor's rates when I saw a PA-C. And now that I have made these reports, they are trying to claim I owe for 2 co-pays... one is almost 2 years old. Insanity. I have proof of the repeated calls (screen shots of my cell phone incoming calls), the email and the text as well as the voice mail. I hope Ms. O'Marra has learned to be careful about her treatment of patients and to be honest in her documentation of client visits, not putting in her personal opinion.
