Sterling hooked me up with a fresh color job and I will say she got me to a color that no one has been able to reach in over 10 trys. I will be a regular in her chair when it comes time for touch up.

Over priced for average quality of work. Pretense of high end quality but just average. Wedding specialist did makeup that ran all over brides face so she had black eyes. Didn't use waterproof mascara. Save money and go somewhere else. Space is too small for a wedding prep even when only 3 people in wedding party. Bit of an attitude problem with several workers. Now sorry I let a tip which start at 22% there. Not given option to set own tip amount. ADDED COMMENT: must give kudos to owner of this business we took the time to contact me to discuss my experience. Listened attentively and was very concerned about my experience and the improvement and quality of her business. Thank you Dawn!!

Why does your website say people usually spend an hour-2 hours here. My girlfriend went for her hair dyed and was there for 5 and a half hours. Even past close. Please fix

Absolutely depends on services requested and rendered. The information is based on a Google algorithm through location services. However, I know if I'm getting my hair dyed darker along with a cut, that's easily 2-3 hours. If I need an eyebrow wax it's 15-30 minutes. Personal note, kind of weird your posting on your girlfriend behalf. Maybe she should voice her own concerns.
