To the people who answer's the phone need to be fired asap i called yesterday And a woman answers the phone sounded like she had an attitude i was trying to explain to her that i wanted to know when mobility dropped me off at school last year around December because I'll be headed back to school this year in December and she yelled WHAT?? And i had to explain to her again. Very unprofessional and once AGAIN had an attitude i wouldn't recommend this service to no one AT ALL mobility needs to be shut down permanently or taking over by another business or change staff that works there.

One thing I hate to is cancel but on September 18th I flew out of Fort Lauderdale to Baltimore and at the last minute my plane was delayed and I had to cancel my Link ride. I really appreciate their understanding.

Often times I hit option 1 because I need to book next day and some days after. However, the reps get an attitude about booking past next day. What does it matter if booking is your job whether it's next day or the day after. Some don't even give their rep number and the ones that do say it so fast you can't really hear let alone remember after they ask you a barrage of questions with numbers being your answer.Why are they so unwilling to do the job they are paid for?

Call mobility and ask to speak to a manager to make a complaint and make sure you get the number of the Mobility Vehicle so that a manager can track the driver that was assigned to that vehicle.
You have to go to the Patterson Avenue location and it's 10 dollars for the first one then it goes up in price which is rediculis
When you place your reservation, let the agent know that you have moved. The agent will place a formal change of address. When placing the reservation, tell the agent your new address for pickup.

Call MTA to advise of your issues. They managed the service.
They could be slow because of new drivers who are not aware of the area + the outdated GPS system gets new drivers lost. It's best to book your ride way in advance of your scheduled appointment time to be sure that you are on time.

No, not the certification part. Mobility is. 24/7 operation as far as transportation for the customers. But the part that actually gives you the permission to ride the service is Mon-Fri. Hope this helps.

I know there is a reciprocity of some sort for out of State transportation but you need to check with mobility as to return arrangements.
You can buy the book of 20 tickets for $40, they never expire. We're using up our last we bought almost a year ago
