Service on my Jeep was awesome! Fred the service manager was on point and knows his stuff. They pulled up 2 recalls and handled them for me. While waiting everyone was polite and friendly. Richie the sales manager checked on how I was doing and wasn’t pushy trying to sell me something. I will go back for service and to buy my next ride.

I had an amazing experience yesterday . I was helped out by Chris. He was super helpfully from the sec I got there. He answered any and every possible thing I could imagine and made the process as smooth as butter which was amazing as a first time buyer! I went In not know much about buy cars from a dealer and thought it’d be super hard and stressful but Chris made it one of the best experiences iv had buying a car! Hahaha,good question. Next question is why don't they fix anything. I've been in 15 times with the same problems. I can't get the buyback because they say I have too many miles on the car. But I bought it brand new. I've had the same problem from the first week that I bought it. Yes I know about the lemon 🍋 law, it's not working for me. Maybe it's because I'm BLACK. yes I said it. 4 brand new radios. Every month my car is in for the same problem again and again and again. I have stood outside the service counter door and called and watched as they don't answer their phone. A lot of miss communication going on there. I can say a lot more.

No! They should be able to set up a appointment day that you can bring your car in either the afternoon before or first thing that morning! The job itself may take at least a few days, or so, but never two weeks! I would ask why that long before comitting. Unless it's a warranty job! Then they can take as long as they want!

Yes, and actually, if you go into the service waiting area, you find good seating, the wifi password is on the cashier's desk, there's, an automated Starbucks coffee machine, (just coffee, hot water, and hot chocolate), water, a drink and snack vending machines, which you can pay through your phone ( if your that savvy, Google pay, Samsung pay, Apple pay that sorta thing) and a large screen TV.
