After years of going to another salon, it was time to find a new one. I have had multiple appointments now at Vivid and I will not go anywhere else. They are so professional and super sweet. I have always gotten dark colors and they have changed my mind slowly. I recommend them to everyone. Amazing work everytime!!!

There's a reason why they are so booked up in advance. They do a great job. Very clean salon and a friendly of nail technicians. Pricing is reasonable and they don't even charge for a nail kit as they use disposables kits. Thanks for providing a great service in the Sherwood area.

I came in for a full on my acrylic nails. I always get medium length coffin shaped nails. The female employee trimmed my pinky nail first and it was a good length. She then proceeded to make the rest of them far too short. The shape is most definitely not coffin. They are all different lengths and widths. My friend got a full set out on in half the time it took me to get a fill. Her artist even joked about her getting a pedicure while she waited for me to be done. At one point I was so upset that I just requested for the nails to be removed all together. I was talked out of that, but I'm so unhappy with them that I am going to get the removed and I will have to start over. She completely ruined my nails. Response to the owner: as stated in my review, the first nail that was trimmed was the right length. That was the only one shown to me while the trimming was being done. I never once made demands, I wasn't rude, I paid full price and I tipped. I made it clear that I wasn't happy and was convinced to keep going. Your employee barely spoke to me while doing my nails, my friends nail tech kept talking to me and then talking to my tech. Even a casual observer can tell that my nails are different lengths and shapes.

Was recommended by a friend to try this place and it was totally worth it! The whole salon was very clean and the owner Minh and his staffs were amazing! Im a guy who likes to get shellac manicures to make my finger nails look nice and the nail tech did an amazing job! Minh and his staffs were fun to talk to and made me feel very relax there. Will definitely be coming again!!
