The team in the service department is EXCELLENT. I cannot stress enough how amazing Dan and the rest of the team is on the customer service front. These poor folks are under a constant stream of work, and were still able to get my service done faster than estimated. I live 45 miles away, and you can bet your bagles I will be using Tom Bell over my local service center from this moment on. Thanks again!

Dan was great! He was very friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. From drop off to pick up he kept me informed about my vehicles needs. I am very satisfied with my service from him and the rest of the staff at this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Questions & Answers

Is this dealership experienced with the replacement Bolt EV battery packs per the GM recall ? Can they do the job with the proper software updates ?

Do all your service advisors act like they know what there talking about but really don't have a clue? Or was my situation unique because my "adviser" lied, played dumb, couldn't keep his word, left me stranded, and treated me like a thief.
