EDITED UPDATE TO A 1 STAR: we had such a great purchasing experience. However, since then, it’s been awful. The truck we bought had some very minor damages that we were promised to be freely repaired and put into our contract. We reached out via email in an on going email thread and after confirming it was in fact broken and we’d like it fixed, we stopped getting responses. We are now quite a ways out from the purchase (4 months) and have not received any of our tags or registration paperwork. We’ve reached out a few times to try and get assistance. Most recently speaking with “Laurie” who, in writing via text, has been extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, rude, and condescending. She questioned our “common sense” and that it’s not her problem. Our entire experience has been destroyed. We planned to go back in a couple of months for the second vehicle trade in and purchase a new one from them, because as you see in my original review the sales men where wonderful, however we will definitely be never going back and advise others to avoid as well. I could go on and add more issues but I will leave it here. Very disappointed. Original 5 Star Review: Amazing experience with the team. Ivan and Justin helped us trade in my wife’s vehicle for a ford raptor that we love. The customer service and friendliness of the team is unmatched. We will be back and will highly recommend to others. Calvin was new to the team and training and he was wonderful. We’ll be back soon to trade my vehicle in next!
