Been coming here for years because it's close. I have never even come close to having even an average experience here. It is understaffed always, even before the pandemic. Now it's just the worst. Half the time after waiting in line for 20 minutes they're like "we can't serve you because we're understaffed" wish they would pay their employees better. Maybe then they could be fully staffed.

Excellent customer service from the employees there tonight! Even though there was a long wait and they were very busy, the employees went out of there way to make sure my orders were correctly filled. 5 stars!!!!

Took a really long time in the drive through at 6:30am, waited about 30 minutes before I got my food. Food was fine.

Want your food to be half made? This is the McDonald's for you! Bacon burger had no bacon, chicken sandwich had no sauce or any other topping, fries were cooked for a maximum of 45 seconds. My delivery driver was stuck in line for almost 45 minutes. I've worked food service for years so I'm very understanding about the fact that mistakes get made but this is not the first time this store has failed to provide even remotely decent service. Pack it up.

Yes, this McDonald's is open, but it has a long legacy of difficulty with keeping dependable, contentious employees and mercilessly protracted wait times for patrons.
Both cashier and window server extremely rude, looked in bag for a receipt and was told person taking money should have given one, when said didn't, just slid window shut and walked away
This McD's is so consistantly rude cannot get orders correct. I work in the neighborhood and I drive to the one on Rt. 65 for lunch. Poorly managed.
This store always is busy and sometimes slow other than that I always find the employees friendly. Personally I think national management needs the rethink the kiosk programming it seems to just be a larger version of their register system and is not non-employee friendly.
