If you're into long wait times for cold food then this is the place to be at. No matter what the day or time this has consistently been the worst burger King in southwestern Pennsylvania. Also with a young staff and high turnover no wonder the food is horrible here. The one thing you do get while paying in the drive through since you still cannot go inside yet is rap music with curse lyrics courtesy of the crew at burger king.....

I ordered a $8.99 meal for two. I got two whoppers with cheese and they charged me $.80 for cheese on each one, I asked for one with no onions and one with no pickles. I got both with no onions and no pickles. Also, there were no tomatoes on them just lots of mayo and lettuce. Both of the sandwiches were mildly luke warm. Also, there was no way to take the survey cause they tore of the top of the receipt. I was very disappointed by what I received. I won't be ordering from this burger king ever again. I'll go to another one where I know the food will be hot when I get it. What a shame for your store. If I could've done a half star I would have.

The girl at the drive thru tried talking me out of ordering, saying I'd need either exact change or a card. I said that's fine I have a card, I heard her sigh over the speaker. I ordered a #2 she didn't ask me what drink I wanted, just to pull around. I told her I wanted a coke, she didn't even put ice in the cup... I asked her for ice and she gave me the dirtiest look. When she gave me my food, there were no fries in the bag. She told me I didn't order fries. I said I didn't order just a whopper, I specifically said the number of the meal I wanted, which comes with fries...it was very clear that she was upset a customer came and made her do something during her slow shift...will never go back to this location again. Worst customer service ever.

The drive thru intercom was not working, so your order was taken at the pick up window. Ordered a Whopper with cheese meal. No Coke (!?!). Had to settle for some weird raspberry drink. Received order relatively quickly. Fries were relatively hot. Whopper was held in the holding bin too long, it was barely warm. I used to be a BK manager for a prestigious franchisee in the Bucks county (PA) on the '80's They would not put up with this This location acts as if it is getting ready to close. The guy at the register acted as though he didn't give s#$t. Won't be back
