This is by far the worse Wendy’s in the city!! Every time I come here I wait a very long time for my food and then when I get my food it’s never the food that I ordered always something completely different from what I ordered! The girls that work here are very inconsiderate and careless! And the amount of time you wait to even be greeted is beyond me! Drive through process is about an hour no matter what hat time of the day or night you pull in. And going inside to order is more complicated than it should be for a fast food restaurant! Never again! I’ve given Wendy’s many chances after calling and speaking to multiple managers with the same result! They should be reported!

BAD! The line was wrapped around the building and we couldn’t figure out why. Turns out that the girls working at the window were super snappy and were not paying attention. They were all gathered in the second window and talking and laughing. They actually tried to give me the food from the car in front of us, because that car drove off when they found that they’d been ignored by the girls in the window. They were out of baked potatoes, or at least, that’s what I was told. I’m a type one diabetic and have celiacs disease, so that was pretty much my only meal choice. I had to order a frosty to get my blood sugar up until I could find food, and by the time it was finally my turn at the window, the frosty was melted. I was also very rudely told that they were out of spoons, and I could have a fork or straw. All in all, bad experience and a huge waste of time

My taco salad purchased today for $7.00 was just pitiful. Will never order from there again. The salad literally was served on a salad lid and didn't even fill the lid. The chili was sliced up hamburger patties. Tasted terrible. Not fresh. I will probably no longer order from any Wendy's again. My stomach currently does not feel well after eating this.

This Wendy's has gotten much better. I'm a delivery driver and come here many times daily. There has been tremendous improvements in everything going on here. Something has definitely changed here for the better
