WOW. This was the most friendly Mcdonalds ever. They were so kind and attended to all my needs. Wow amazing great workers here. So good food also.

The burgers just didn't taste like McDonald's burgers. Something was very off with them but I can't quite put my finger on it. They weren't spoiled or anything. Just didn't taste very good.

The worst service at McDonald’s ever was at the Smithfield location, downtown pittsburgh where they would literally throw the bags of food at you. This place comes very close! The customer service was non existent. Several customers would walk in and leave because there was no one taking their order. I had to yell to get service. I ordered a fillet o fish and a quarter pounder. It was the best fillet I ever had. But that did not make up for the dingy, dirty dining room and the lack of customer service. They hand you the bag and walk away, no receipt or anything. My fiancé got a crispy chicken sandwich. Which she thought tasted odd. She gave me a bite and I quickly determined that it was a spicy chicken sandwich, but worst of all the lettuce tasted like CIGGARETTES. She was so tired we did not even bother complaining, not that we could because there is no one at the register. Also there was no mayo on the premises… how does McDonald’s run out of mayo? I have been to some bad McDonald’s nation wide. But this is the new Smithfield apparently…
