I understand being short staffed... but I had made an online order and checked in. Went in to pick up the food and it wasn't ready. Watched multiple customers walk in and get food as we stood there waiting. Finally we get our food 30 mins later and the orders are wrong, not what we ordered and the one that was to be plain had extra mayo on it and everything else. So we were already frustrated with the wait and then the order to be wrong... at least the frosty machine was working

Every single time you get your order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Also, chicken is always dry and tastes like heated leftover from the previous day.

What can I say.. Wendy's is Wendy's, but this Wendy's is better than some others I've been to. This location is usually very clean inside and out. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly as you ordered it. If they do make a mistake, they will go above and beyond to fix it.

Good food for fast food. Definitely covid compliant. Got told as getting food that we would have to leave to eat because they were at seating capacity. Luckily nice enough to sit outside in sunshine and eat.
