My wife and I fell in love with this building from the day we took the tour. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're transported back in time. We've now been here for months and we absolutely love the team! Huge shout-out to Therese and Francine in the office and to the maintenance staff. Our emails are responded to quickly, our maintenance tickets get responded to well within a day, and everyone always has a smile. I know this sounds like a sales pitch but we are genuine tenants and really just want to give props where props are due. We recommend this place to anyone. If you have the chance to come by and take a tour (at least), do so!

Huge specials right now which is great but they will discriminate ! I was in contact with Francine McCray who completely stopped contacting me back when I reach out to rent an apartment ! I never went through the app process but Francine was convinced I could never be approved even though my current place was more expensive and I was approved with a sister property who also has newer, more expensive, and nicer units. I was really exited to move here but I don’t appreciate feeling discriminated against ! Another things that stopped me from moving here is the hallways ! It looks like a hospital or dentist office, not a good vibe! Very spooky and not undated at all ! You can hear each neighbors conversation when passion by their doors/ in hallways. For the price they are charging I got a brand new apartment that actually has an W/D on the 12th floor ! Look elsewhere, the staff here has no regard for tenants

Our time at the gas company lofts was amazing. From day one, everyone on staff was helpful and kind. Mike made sure our move in and out were extremely smooth, he helped us through several minor issues quickly and efficiently. Donald in the leasing office was always responsive, honest, and helpful. The front desk team were great at all hours, overall incredibly impressed by this building. We wished to be able to stay at Gas Company Lofts longer but a great opportunity made us move.

I loved living here and this review is well overdue - MIKE IS A LEGEND as is all the staff - I have stayed at many apartments in LA and this was without my best experience. I miss my loft and the guys here. Thank you for making my 1 year here so memorable

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
