Took 3 visits, but I finally found my new family members. Each time was very pleasant. Plenty of animals who need homes!

Since their recent upgrade in structural changes and doctors, I feel much better about bringing my dog here. Originally I really felt like the nurses were the best part of bringing my dog for her check ups. All of them were so sweet and I trusted them fully. I however felt like the previous doctor really pressured me to purchase every test when my dog wasn't feeling well. When she was younger I was so new to this sort of experience and naively paid for everything, making my savings dissappear unfortunately. As shes gotten older and they replaced that main doctor I feel like he asks more questions and recommends specific things rather then the whole menu so to speak.

Please don't drop of pets here. They killed innocent kittens that needed protection same day they were dropped off. I thought I saved them since they were abandoned. Took care of them that night to take them somewhere safe. When I dropped them off I asked if they would be euthanized and was told no. Only to find their description on the deceased list on the same day. I didn't' get a call or anything to advise that was their intention. I would have picked them off to drop off at a more humane compassionate shelter. They were less than a week old but they were eating and sleeping. If they couldn't take them they could have advised that.

Went to pick up a rescue dog was treated very nicely. Customer service was great. The team took care of the dog. She seemed particularly attached to a volunteer which is super nice to know. The facility was clean I was glad that I couldn't hear barking dogs in distress. That was a fair of mine and I'm glad it didn't happen.

I walked in. Interested in an adult cat. Was told to make an appointment, was given a card with phone # on it. Left in 10 minutes or less.
Phone hours are 8 am - 5pm and facility hours are 11 am - 5 pm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND making an appointment before arriving
Oc is an animal pound but they do take care of their dogs ! And a shelter all in one
I don't believe they do, but you can Google spaying services.
I'm sure they do, try disinfecting them and deliver. On the 2nd Saturday of each month they have a food pantry for pets. When I went last month I got some cat toys. It's from 8 to 10 am.
You would be surrendering your dog and it cost money do so. You can call and ask them for further instructions
They are not accepting unwanted cats. You'll have to reach out to rescue groups or Irvine shelter or mission viejo shelter or Wags in Westminster. The county shelter does not help
i believe so
Not here - The shelter does not help at all. Look up OC Animal Allies or AALOC. They may be able to help a little
