I have been taking my Ram 2500 Diesel standard truck for Maintenance and service to this dealership. I have to be honest that both service managers Mr. Paul & Mr. Mike are extremely talented and knowledgeable. Have answered my Diesel truck related questions & provided necessary guidance for my new truck. I would recommend anyone to shop and take your car to them for the Maintenance. Though the department is busy all the time but these gentlemen as well as their crew are so dependable. Keep up the great work!! Thanks

I took my 2018 hellcat to this dealership in March and it's still not completed.the 1st thing that stands out is the body shop manager who originally said with ordering all parts it would only be a 2 month job has been away from the office for 3 months!! So they have the service manager running the body shop and somehow what was a 2 month job is now still ongoing... the dealer also said they don't do loaners so I have been without a vehicle going on four months... after all of this I asked for all invoices related to the parts that was bought because I wanna know when they were orderd and when they came. I was told that's its all digital and that I can't get them... as a customer livid is an understatement

Mike Trivet was my contact for this service appointment. I just love the guy! Professional, polite, knowledgeable and great personality. Employees such as Mike , are truly an asset to your dealership! He deserves a raise! He has earned it!👍🏻

If I could give this a lower star than a “1” I would. I have called and left 3 voicemails to schedule a service, one on 1/10/22; one on 1/11/22 and my last attempt today 1/14/22. I have not received a single return phone call back. In each voicemail I left my name and phone number and the reason why I was calling. In my voicemails I stated "I received a letter from FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) stating there is an issue with my EHPS (Electrohydraulic power steering) calibrations and that FCA will repair the issue free of charge, parts and labor. Weird the dealership isn't returning my call for a service appointment for something they have to do for free per this letter. Needless to say it seems like the service department/ownership/management does not care about making appointments in which they don't make money on. I'll be making an official compliant with the BBB (Better Business Bureau); writing a letter to the state attorney general office and be contacting FCA directly on how some of their authorized dealerships do "business".

OK thanks ✌️🏿

Wow! I had one service done here and had no problems. Although mine was a new Jeep and if they did screw it up it's under warranty. PS.. Ron did you grow up on the west side?
Agree. Go to the cjd dealership. They should be able to pull it with your VIN.
