I'm in love with the Thai Chicken soup, but at $8.91/bowl, I'm going to learn how to make it myself. The sides truly are free, because when you opt for no side, there is no reduction in price, a practice I never fully understood in the restaurant industry. Very fast, friendly service, and the iPad kiosks are fast and convenient. This location has no drive thru. The prices are significantly higher now.

The chipotle chicken sandwich was dynamite! The Pecan twist pastry was excellent. I've noticed in Panera Bread restaurants in many states that the employees aren't very friendly. They do their job but a welcoming smile would make a difference. I've also noticed that the employees at the food service counter in the back of these restaurants don't make eye contact with waiting customers. It takes a shout to get their attention if a patron needs a to go box or wants to exchange a side that was given incorrectly. Room for customer service improvement.

I am a regular here. The frontega chicken sandwich and autumn squash soup are my absolute favorites! Highly recommended for daily meals (especially if you want to avoid fast food). Also joined the sip club. Worth it for me since it's on my way to work!

Everything was great. We ordered at the kiosk which was super quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The food was hot and made to order. The staff was also friendly. We were going to eat outside but it stated to rain! So maybe next time.
