Ok store to buy video games and accessories. But terrible place for trade ins. Oogie Games has way better games and awesome trade in deals. Nice employees at game stop but terrible trade ins deals.

Check you receipts the staff doesn't know how to use the sales system. Last visit they tried to charge me full price for a used game, I had to correct the employee. This time they tried to charge me for a racing wheel I declined to purchase I again had to correct the employee. On the same purchase they then charged me for a warranty that I declined. The employee looked at the receipt said that's weird and handed it to me anyway.

Staff is very personable and will be honest about products. Ask about using power up membership because they can help you save using points you probably havent thought to use. Clean.

I was able to find an item here not available at my local GameStop. Their supply was still limited, but better than I expected. Staff was helpful too.
