Didn't really buy anything, just used the bathroom. The bathroom was pretty clean and there was toilet paper and paper towels and lots of space.

I purchased the complete training package for 2 of my dogs, a $750+ expense. The trainer was really inexperienced and spent much of our training time talking about her personal life and problems instead of teaching us to train our dogs. Training was interrupted due to COVID and the training package that I purchased was never completed. I attempted to reach out to Petco to re-engage, all that was left in my package would have been 1 private lesson and the CGC test. Danielle, the new trainer, was very accommodating and willing to work with me due to my inconvenience. However, not 2 minutes after scheduling a private lesson with me, the manager, Melissa, called me back denying me the credit and she was rude and condescending, blaming me for not re-engaging sooner. Very unprofessional and not accommodating at all, and now I’m out $750+ and will never go to Petco for training again.

Took my huge dog over 150 lb.here to Eastern Hills for full grooming. Jessica was so sweet and professional! My dog didn't mind getting his hair blown out or any part of grooming at all! HE WAS SO HAPPY and i could tell loved the hour of spa pampering ! Will keep going here.
