Since I keep hearing about similar awful experiences for other patrons, I thought I'd go ahead and share my own experience (which I wanted to forget, to be honest, because it was pretty painful and heartbreaking) from earlier this year to hopefully warn other patrons. If you have a service dog, this place WILL discriminate against you with extreme hostility. They refused to listen, and kept speaking over me to ask for a "service animal card"(?) despite something of that nature not actually existing in the US, let alone California. The law also stipulates that documentation is not required for your service dog when patronizing a business. My lawyer confirmed all of this with me after the incident. There are two questions they can ask, and they didn't ask either nor would they listen when I tried to explain that my service dog is, in fact, a service dog and explain what service they provide me. I've experienced this type of behavior from other restaurants a few time before and after this experience, but Moss Landing Cafe made me feel especially awful--as if I were a lesser being than an insect. This restaurant is NOT ADA compliant, and therefore, they are operating illegally, per ADA business regulations. A complaint was immediately filed after my experience, but clearly nothing has been done to protect other patrons from the same type of discriminatory and dehumanizing behavior. It's especially disheartening to see footage of one of the people from the cafe I interacted with cruelly bragging about getting away with the cafe's terrible behavior. This whole situation really was really upsetting because my family and I were particularly excited to eat at this establishment because this was one of the first times in a long time that I was able to actually go out to eat at all due to the nature of my disability and because it came highly recommended by a close friend, who is a local and WAS a frequent customer. If you're in the Moss Landing area, I recommend Phil's Snack Shack and Deli just down the road. It was a vastly more pleasant experience, and the food was fresh and fantastic (their sandwiches are divine); however, I can't actually compare their food to any of Moss Landing Cafe's offerings since I was immediately turned away before I could actually eat anything. Until Moss Landing Cafe actually addresses and corrects their recurring abhorrent behavior towards disabled patrons, I will not support this business, and I recommend others avoid this restaurant as well. Moss Landing Cafe, please do better.

Awesome food and very friendly quaint place! Definitely a diamond in the rough! The open face crab sammich was excellent! This was our first visit but definitely not the last! Truckers dream, nice gravel spot to park across from it.

Fabulous breakfast. Amazing fresh ingredients. The owner, Mark, totally makes the experience super fun and friendly.

Great friendly little place that welcomed our large group. They'll take lunch orders for breakfast, give you endless coffee and swap out what you need in the dish. I did ask for over-medium eggs and seemed to get sunny side up (really hate raw egg whites..!) but other than that, good stuff. Delicious fish.

Yes they use too. I'm not sure if they still do. You can call them though and they should be able to tell you for sure.
