Not coming back have been going there for years and every time they treat me with zero respect and are all over rude you don’t answer a phone “SERVICE” and when asking questions you feel like your bothering them went in to buy a bike couple weeks back and not one person came up to help and asked if they could order a bike and they just responded rudely “NO we can’t” and hung up. Took my business elsewhere

I just purchased my honda st 1300 . Bill was so upfront And honest .i like it better than the shop in Henrietta they really don't care for your business i like hollink better

So Bill the sales associate that answered my call...with very little excitement in his voice admitted they don't want to sell motorcycles. This admission came after I had a couple of simple questions rewarding purchasing 2 dirt bikes. I'll take my business elsewhere. So sorry to burden the dealership with trying to purchase from them. Definitely will never happen. I'll spend 15k with someone who wants to sell.
